Refund policy

Consumers residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal. Please review the EU Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy at the bottom of this page for full details.

If you are a consumer residing outside of the EU or EEA, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Consumers residing outside of the EU or EEA have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your eligible item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your physical items, subject to the strict statutory exceptions outlined below.

1. Strict Exception for Audio Recordings (CDs, Cassette Tapes, Vinyl)
In accordance with Article 16(i) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings if they have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Sealed Merch: You may return CDs, tapes, or vinyl for any reason within 14 days only if the items remain completely sealed in their original, unbroken factory shrink-wrap or tamper-evident packaging.
  • Opened Merch: The moment the plastic wrap or seal on a physical audio format is broken or opened, your right to a refund is legally forfeited. Opened media cannot be resold and will not be refunded.

2. Right to Withhold Refunds
We reserve the right to legally withhold your refund payment until we have received the physical items back at our fulfillment studio in New York.

3. Return Shipping Costs
In accordance with EU law, the consumer is fully responsible for paying all direct costs associated with shipping the items back to our United States facility. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method; we cannot process refunds for items lost in international transit.

4. Diminished Value of Goods
You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (e.g., trying on a shirt or hoodie). If apparel or merchandise is returned damaged, washed, or significantly worn, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value up to 100% from your final refund.
